Girl Society Program Planning Workshop Takes Place in Sioux City

From December 3rd to December 5th, IMAGEN led an advanced-level workshop for Girl Society leaders. The workshop focused on the steps in building a girl society as well as the importance of girl-centered programming for Native American youth.

Participants represented Thunder Valley Community Development Corporation, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, 100 Horses Society, American Indian Family Center, Oklahoma City Indian Clinic, White Buffalo Calf Women’s Society, IMAGEN, and Abriendo Oportunidades.
